1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Stasis State LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") concerning your access to and use of our website (https://stasisstate.com) and our mobile applications, including Family Plates and Survivor-X (collectively, the "Services").

By downloading, accessing, or using our Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Services—including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Services (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein—are owned or controlled by Stasis State LLC or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and access the Services on devices owned or controlled by you solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Family Plates may require an account. Survivor-X and Survivor-X Premium have no Stasis State accounts; optional Play Games sign-in uses your Google account. For services requiring an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your password and identification credentials.
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Engage in unauthorized reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling of any portion of the software.
• Circumvent or attempt to disable security features or Google Play verification mechanisms.
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, automated spiders, or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users of collaborative features.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Survivor-X Premium is a separate paid app, not an in-app purchase or subscription. Neither Survivor-X edition currently integrates in-app billing. Purchases through an app marketplace are processed by that marketplace. Billing, refunds, and payment disputes are governed primarily by Google Play's Terms of Service and refund policies.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent conduct. For Survivor-X, uninstall or clear local storage and manage Google backups separately. For account-based services, use the app or our Account & Data Deletion page.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stasis State LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Stasis State LLC, its officers, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United States. Stasis State LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the state and federal courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising in connection with these terms.
